  • The cost of our involvement will be establishd and set on the following basis
    • Installation: One off cost to establish and set up the account;
    • Training: Delivery of training at the sites. Initial round of training can be delivered as part of the audits;
    • System Maintenance: Auditing, New user training, CI management, Reporting, Review, etc...
    • Data backup: ongoing system backups are carried out, copies will be provided regularly
    • Data contents: When required and notified of terminating the services, contents can be provided in database format;
  • The total defined cost of the above will be established once additional information related to the system are provided, such as number of locations, documents, user numbers, etc...
